Dr. Jennifer Malown​ey, BSc, DC

Clinic Director


Dr. Jennifer Malowney began practice at Holly Chiropractic & Wellness (formerly Holly Meadows Chiropractic Clinic) in 2008. She completing her Bachelors of Science degree at McMaster University and  graduated magna cum laude from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2008.

Jennifer truly enjoys helping patients lead healthier pain free lives and the hands on healing nature of chiropractic is what led her to pursue this career.

Jennifer has additional training in the areas of: spinal rehabilitation, active release technique, instrument assisted soft tissue technique, custom orthotics casting and fitting, therapeutic compression sock fitting, pediatrics and ergonomics. 

Jennifer's approach to care is individualized to the needs of each patient and combines a variety of different therapies including chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, modalities, rehabilitative exercise instruction and lifestyle coaching.

Dr. Scott Best, BA, DC

Clinic Director


Dr. Scott Best began practice 10 years ago in 2005 when he opened the doors to Holly Meadows Chiropractic Clinic. He graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2004 and from York University in 1997, with an honours degree in kinesiology and psychology.

Scott provides service across a broad range of patients and conditions. He practices using Diversified Technique and treatment is determined by the unique needs of the individual patient.

Scott was an avid high school and collegiate athlete. He played rugby at the high school, varsity and club levels for 15 years. 

Scott still skis, golfs and plays hockey on a regular basis. Scott has had a variety of work experience in different fields over the years. He is able to translate that experience into an understanding of the limitations and difficulties that his patients encounter in their lives.

Dr. Linda Shih, BSc, NP

Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Linda Shih joined the team at Holly Chiropractic & Wellness in 2011. Linda received her B.Sc(Hons) at the University of Toronto with a Major in Psychology and Minors in Physiology and Zoology. She continued to complete her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine diploma at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. 

 Linda has received clinical experience in the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic focusing on family practice as well as the Sherbourne Health Clinic which focuses on HIV directed care. Dr. Shih is also currently a certified Active Release Technique Practitioner.

Linda believes in a holistic approach to medicine and follows core principles of naturopathic medicine. She is trained in acupuncture/Asian medicine, botanical medicine, clinical nutrition, homeopathic medicine, physical medicine, lifestyle counseling and hydrotherapy and uses these to improve health on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.

Crystal Russell, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Crystal has been working with the team at Holly Chiropractic & Wellness since 2012.  Crystal graduated from the Massage Therapy Advanced Diploma program offered at Georgian college in August 2010.  

 Crystal’s education provided her with a multitude of learning experiences including clinical placements with prenatal/ infant, sports, neurological, senior citizens, and complex care.

Crystal is confident in her care for clientele of all ages and stages with both Therapeutic and Relaxation massage. 

Crystal has learned how to be flexible with her techniques to suite the individual being treated; she feels that client care is the most important aspect of massage and looks forward to the opportunity to build a relationship with her clients.

Kaitlyn Collver, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Katie graduated from Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2016. She has worked with a wide range of conditions including scoliosis, tendinitis, and strains/sprains.

Before becoming a massage therapist, Katie studied Baking and Pastry Arts Management at George Brown College. She baked for 7 years until she decided that kneading bread wasn’t her true passion, but kneading muscle and helping people was.

Whether its technique, pressure, communication or treatment planning, Katie strives to meet the clients’ needs.

Katie plans on continuing her education in the areas of Hot Stone, Cupping and Lymphatic massage.
